Students must complete all required assignments and activities to qualify for a certificate. Certificates require full completion, including assignments and assessments. Late submissions may result in forfeiture of certificates unless granted an official extension.

4. Payment & Refund Policy

Payment must be made in full before accessing paid programs. All payments are final. No refunds will be issued after course access is granted, unless otherwise stated for specific programs.

5. Certificates & Verification

Certificates are issued digitally upon successful course completion. Each certificate includes a unique verification ID that can be confirmed through our official portal. Unauthorized alterations or duplication of certificates is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, slides, videos, content, and branding are the intellectual property of First Tech Hub Solutions and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without written permission. Students may use materials for personal and educational purposes only.

7. Code of Conduct

Participants must maintain a respectful attitude, avoid sharing inappropriate content, respect deadlines, and refrain from spam. We reserve the right to remove anyone who violates this code without refund.

9. Limitation of Liability
